What a Hassle!

Receiving a denied claim notice can be a hassle. The team at Vita understands this. Please note that claim eligibility and documentation requirements are prescribed by the IRS, and we must follow those guidelines. We want to work with you to get your claims processed quickly, smoothly, and compliantly, as we must adhere to these IRS requirements. Please know that we will do everything we can to make your claims experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.

When Your Claim Is Denied

First, verify that you have submitted all of the required supporting documents with the required components. You can view details regarding the denial notice in the Vita Flex consumer portal message center. This notice will contain information about what is needed to approve the claim.

The message in your secure message center will download or open in a new browser tab, depending on your computer's settings. Please be sure to allow all pop-ups for the consumer portal or you may not be able to review your notice fully.

If you still feel that there is an error in processing your claim, please contact the Vita Concierge to review the details of your claim denial. The Vita Concierge may be reached Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, at (650) 966-1492 or help@vitamail.com.
