What a Hassle!
Getting your claim denied is a hassle. The team at Vita knows this, but claim eligibility and documentation requirements are prescribed by the IRS and we must follow those guidelines. We want to work with you to get your claims processed quickly and smoothly, but we are constrained by these requirements. Please know that we will do everything we can to make your claims experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.
When Your Claim Is Denied
First, verify that you have submitted all of the required, supporting documents. You can view details regarding the denial notice in the Vita Flex consumer portal message center. This notice will contain information about what is needed to approve the claim.
If you still feel that there is an error in processing your claim, please contact the Vita Concierge to review the details of your claim denial. The Vita Concierge may be reached Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, at (650) 966-1492 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
