Vita offers many ways to manage your COBRA benefits including an online Vita Member Portal and the Vita COBRA+Billing mobile app (App Store) (Google Play). 

The Vita COBRA Portal allows you to digitally:

  • Make an Online Election

  • Make Online Payments

  • Manage Payment Dates (last received and next due)

  • Review Coverage Information (plans and critical dates)

  • Access Copies of Communications

  • Submit Termination Requests (Messages tab)

  • Access Plan Documents (Messages tab)


Instructions to register an account on the online Member Portal:

  1. Go to:

  2. Under "New to Vita?" click "New User Registration"

  3. Enter your unique Registration Code (located in your welcome email)

  4. Complete the identification verification fields including SSN (leave Individual ID Blank)

  5. Follow the prompts to set up your username and password

  6. Log in and prompt a verification email to be sent

  7. Open the verification email and confirm the link

  8. Go back to your browser to fully log in to the website
