Vita Flex Portal Login
Overview
Access the Vita Flex Consumer Portal at www.vitaflex.net to:- Check account balances
- Submit claims and upload claim documentation
- Review your Message Center for important updates and communications
- Access other important account details and plan information
Existing Users
If you already have a username and password:
- Visit www.vitaflex.net.
- Log in with your existing credentials under Existing User.
- If you’ve forgotten your username or password, use the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" links on the homepage for assistance.
New Users
To create an account:
- Visit www.vitaflex.net.
- Under the New User, select the blue Get Started button and follow the prompts.
- For security purposes, you must provide:
- Your legal first and last name
- The zip code associated with your home address
- Your Social Security Number
- Set up three security questions for additional identity verification that may be needed to perform certain actions in your account.
- Create your username and password. Once complete, you can access the Vita Flex Consumer Portal.
Mobile Login
Access your account via the Vita Flex Mobile app, available for download on the App Store and on Google Play:- Log in with your Vita Flex username and password.
- New Users: You must set up your account via a web browser before using the app
- Create a four-digit passcode for easy login.
- Re-enter the code for verification
- Note: Vita cannot reset this code. If forgotten, select “Change User/Forgot Passcode” to reset, which will require your username and password.
- Once logged in, you may:
- Add your Vita Flex debit card (if your plan has one) to your mobile wallet
- Smart Scan
- This allows you to easily import your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to autofill claims submission data
- File claims and upload claim documentation
- Check account balances
- Access other account information and plan information
Username or Password Reset
If you’ve forgotten your username or password:- Select “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the login page.
- Verify your account by entering:
- Your legal first and last name
- The zip code associated with your home address
- Your Social Security Number
- Answer one of your security questions.
- Create a new username/password that meets the security requirements.
- If your account is locked, contact Vita Concierge for assistance.
Security Questions
Security questions may be required to complete certain actions, such as:- Resetting your password
- Executing HSA distribution transactions
