Overview

To access the Vita Flex Consumer Portal, please visit www.vitaflex.net. Through the Vita Flex Portal, you can check your account balances, file reimbursement claims, check the status of your claims, update your commute elections, and access other important account information.

Existing Users

If you have already created your username and password, you can log in as an existing user with your login credentials to access the Vita Flex Consumer Portal. If you have forgotten your username or password, there are links on the home page to assist you.

New Users

All new participants must create a username and password to access the Vita Flex Consumer Portal. Please visit www.vitaflex.net and click on Create Your New Username and Password under the New User heading. Follow the prompts to create your new credentials.  

For security purposes, you will be asked to confirm your legal first and last name, the zip code associated with your home address, and your Social Security Number. Once you have authenticated your personal information, you will be asked to set up three security questions. These questions will be used as an identity verification for certain action items within your account. The answers will be stored exactly as you answer them. After you set up your security questions, you will be asked to create a username and password. Once this step is complete, you will be able to access your Vita Flex Consumer Portal.

Mobile Login

You can access the Vita Flex Consumer Portal to check your balance or upload claim documentation through the Vita Flex mobile app. You can download the Vita Flex mobile app through the App Store or on Google Play. Once you have downloaded the app to your mobile device, you will need to log in using your Vita Flex username and password.

If you are a new user or have not yet set up your Vita Flex account, you will need to create your profile through a web browser prior to logging in to the Vita Flex app.

After you have entered your username and password, you will be prompted to enter a four-digit passcode. You will then need to re-enter the same four-digit code again for verification purposes. This code will act as your username and password once you have initially logged into the app from your mobile device. It is important that you choose a code that you will remember because the team at Vita does not have access to this information and cannot reset your code. If you have forgotten your four-digit code, you can select the change user/forgot passcode link to reset. This action will require you to enter your full VitaFlex username and password again.

Once you are logged in to your account, you will be able to check your account balance, file claims, upload claim documentation, and access other important information regarding your Vita Flex account. 

Password Reset

If you have forgotten the password to your Vita Flex account, you can reset it by selecting the Forgot Password link. You will be asked to verify your account by entering your legal first and last name, the zip code associated with your home address, and your Social Security Number. Once you have authenticated your personal information, you will need to answer one of the three security questions that you set up when you first created your account. After you have correctly answered your security question, you will be asked to create a new password for your Vita Flex account. Your password will need to meet the password security requirements. 

If you receive notification that your account has been locked by the administrator, please contact the Vita Concierge so that we can assist you. 

Security Questions

You may be asked to answer personalized security questions when trying to complete certain action items through the Vita Flex Consumer Portal. Typical action items that would prompt a security question to authenticate your account can include resetting your password and executing an HSA distribution transaction. These security questions were set up during your account creation process and your answers must include any case sensitive characters that were entered upon initial set up.
